# Sharing with external users

One of the main difficulties for those who use Pro or PPU accounts in Power BI is sharing reports with users outside the organization, because in order to do so, that person needs to have a corporate email and be added to your company's Entra ID.

With Power BI Embedded, this difficulty doesn't exist, because by using Fabric or Power BI Embedded licenses, users can view reports without needing Pro accounts and, what's more, they don't need to have corporate accounts to access the data in an external application.

Therefore, it doesn't matter if your user uses domains such as @yahoo, @gmail, @outlook or even other types of domain, all they need to do is register with Power Embedded and they will have access to all the functionalities.
