# Desconsiderar regras de firewall

Em certos cenários, pode ser necessário ativar o Firewall para bloquear o acesso fora da rede interna, mas permitir que determinados usuários ou grupos acessem com qualquer endereço IP.

Você pode habilitar a regra "desconsiderar regras de firewall", na tela de cadastro de usuário ou de grupo. Isso permitirá que o usuário acesse de qualquer IP.

Se essa opção estiver desativada para o usuário, mas estiver ativada para algum grupo ao qual ele pertence, ele ainda poderá acessar o portal normalmente.
