Report subscription allows authorized users to configure the automatic sending of reports by e-mail on a predefined schedule. This feature ensures consistent and timely delivery of important information, simplifying data analysis for those who prefer to receive updates directly in their e-mail, without accessing the portal.

When the user creates the signature and sends it, the recipient will receive an attachment of the report in the e-mail with the selected format (PDF, PPT). This feature simplifies viewing the report.
The system generates individualized reports for each user based on the configured RLS rules, filtering the data to display only the information that the user is authorized to access. With Data-Driven Subscription, security is reinforced by the creation of specific files for each recipient, guaranteeing strict application of the RLS rules, both in the content of the report and in access to the file sent by email.
The user can specifically select the page of the report to be sent by email, ideal for reports with multiple pages. This functionality simplifies the targeted sharing of dashboards, ensuring that the recipient only receives the relevant information.
