In order to have an assistant in the portal, you need to configure the following steps:
To better understand how the wizard works and assess how it will behave in terms of availability for users, it is essential to analyze the information provided.
Availability of the assistant: The wizard will only be available to a user if they have access, either at group level or individually.
This allows you to define which users are allowed to use it. When the wizard is available to a user, it will become accessible as soon as the user logs in to the reporting portal. Otherwise, if the user does not have access to any wizard, Power Pilot - AI will not appear on the screen.
Note: Clicking on Power Pilot - AI will open a sidebar displaying all the wizards to which the user has access. Remember that you can have more than one wizard, especially in scenarios where it is necessary for each data set to have a specific wizard to answer the business questions.
Usability: The wizard will help users carry out more accurate and faster analysis on the dataset to which it is linked. With just a few commands, users will have the answers in the palm of their hand. The wizard allows you to gain insights, create DAX tables and formulas, and even export data to a .CSV file (you need a Storage Account to be able to generate a file).
