, Power Pilot has been a real success, transforming the way our customers make decisions with efficiency and agility.

Imagine having all this power directly in the palm of your hand, with fast and accurate responses anywhere!

Introducing Power Pilot-WhatsApp, the artificial intelligence developed to make your daily decisions even easier and more convenient.

With Power Pilot WhatsApp, you'll not only optimize your time, but also simplify access to essential information wherever you are, all from your mobile device.

How to enable Power Pilot WhatsApp on Power Embedded

To enable Power Pilot IA to send messages via WhatsApp, the process is simple and quick.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp and activate the Enable WhatsApp option.

  2. After activating and saving, the necessary fields will be filled in automatically with the appropriate properties

If you are using the standard account, the fields above do not need to be filled in.

3. With the configuration saved, go to the Users page and select the user(s) who will have access to the AI assistant via WhatsApp. Add the user's phone number on the Edit User screen.

Associating the User with the Assistant

After enabling the WhatsApp option and adding the user's phone number, the next step is to assign the user access to the assistant via WhatsApp.

Steps to do this:

  1. Select the assistant you want to associate.

  2. In the Users menu, check the box in the WhatsApp field to allow the user access via this platform.

That's it! Now your user can interact with the assistant directly through WhatsApp, in a practical and efficient way.

How PowerPilot works on WhatsApp

PowerPilot WhatsApp works just like a regular contact on your phone. When you send the initial message, you'll receive a welcome message asking you to choose the assistant you want to interact with. You will also be offered the option of typing “leave” or “switch” if you want to change to another available assistant.

If there is no interaction within 5 minutes, the session will end automatically. If you return to the conversation after this time, the welcome message will be sent again, restarting the process.

Availability of the wizard: The wizard will only be available to a user if they have the appropriate permissions, either at group or user level. This ensures control over who can use it, allowing you to define which users have access to the wizard. If the user does not have permission to access any wizard, the contact will simply not be displayed.

Usability: The wizard will help users carry out more accurate and faster analysis on the dataset to which it is linked. With just a few commands, users will have the answers in the palm of their hand.
