# Does Microsoft allow the use of Power Embedded? Is it really allowed?

Of course, Microsoft allows the use of Power Embedded and it is a 100% legal solution. Power Tuning has been a Microsoft Solutions Partner since 2018, and is one of the leaders in Azure sales in Brazil, and therefore has a strong relationship with Microsoft and distributor TD Synnex, and under no circumstances would it develop a product that uses any illegal license or mechanism that breaks the contract of use with Microsoft.

Power Embedded is also available to be accessed and contracted through the [Azure Marketplace](https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/powertuningperformanceemdados1702567987391.powerembedded?tab=overview), which indicates a strong relationship with Microsoft to support the product.

Talking about capacity licensing, in the [link below](https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/power-bi-embedded/), Microsoft makes it very clear that users who are viewing content published in Power BI Embedded do not need Power BI licenses assigned to them, so a PRO license is not required to view reports through Power Embedded.

In this [link here](https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-embedded-with-microsoft-fabric/), Microsoft shows that Microsoft Fabric can also be used normally to insert reports into third-party applications without any problem.

In this [link below](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embedded-faq#quem-precisa-de-uma-licen-a-power-bi-pro-ou-ppu--premium-por-usu-rio--para-o-power-bi-embedded-e-por-qu--), Microsoft makes it clear that modifying and creating reports through a portal that uses Power BI Embedded licensing does not require a PRO or PPU license to do so, and therefore modifying and creating reports through Power Embedded is fully legal and supported.
