This error occurs when you try to use an uncertified visual in Power BI and the administrator has configured the service to allow only certified visuals. This setting is applied directly in the Power BI Service administration portal.

### How to resolve it?

To fix this issue and allow the use of uncertified visuals, follow the steps below:\\

{% hint style="warning" %}
To perform this configuration, your user needs to have the Fabric Administrator role.
{% endhint %}

Access the Power BI Service Administration Portal by [clicking this link.](https://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal/tenantSettings?experience=power-bi)

In the administration portal, under tenant settings, go to the search bar on the right and search for "Power BI Visuals".

After the search, you will see the "Power BI Visuals" menu. Go to the option **"Add and use only certified visuals (block uncertified ones)".**

Disable this setting and click **Apply.**

After disabling, uncertified visuals will be supported again in Power BI, allowing their use without restrictions.
