# Capacity control

In Power Embedded, you can manage your capacity, whether it's Microsoft Fabric or Power Embedded, in 3 different ways: manually, on demand and by scheduling.

### Manual:

The administrator manually manages the capacity via an on/off switch after completing the initial settings.

### On demand:

Capacity is activated automatically when an authorized user accesses a report. It is paused after the defined downtime, reducing costs.

### On schedule:

Allows you to program times to turn capacity on/off or change it, offering predictable control according to demand.
