# Could not open the report because Power Embedded did not send the model information

This problem occurs when Power Embedded didn't import workspace or dataset information, and when trying to access the report, some necessary information was not found.

To fix this, access the [Datasets](https://admin.powerembedded.com.br/Datasets) page and click the **Reload** button.

After finishing updating dataset metadata, the report should open normally.
